smoked sausage – a family tradition
Kountry Boys is a family-owned Texas business, and our smoked sausage starts with a family recipe. It came from our founder’s grandmother, Momo. She liked to say, “Boy, never change the recipe.” Since 1998, we never have. We still smoke every link in Brenham, Texas, over real hickory wood — never liquid smoke. Momo’s method is also the base for every new flavor we make, from Jalapeño to Queso. Look for us in the deli or meat aisle at your local grocery store, or shop online.
Original Pork & Beef smoked Sausage
Grandma Momo’s original recipe, unchanged since 1998 — All-American pork and beef, coarse-ground Texas-style and smoked over real hickory.
