Ingredients
3-4 slices of Kountry Boys bacon
1 tbsp mayonaise
2 slices of sturdy bread, such as rye
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 beefsteak tomato, sliced
1-2 pieces of romaine lettuce
1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Method
Cook bacon to desired consistency, then cut in half. Toast the bread.
Build your BLT. Spread mayo on each piece of toast, then top with the avocado, tomato, lettuce and jalapeño, if using. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Slice the sandwich in half and enjoy!
