Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Kountry Boys Original Sausage
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp chili powder
1 3/4 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 cups beef stock
4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
2 cans dark kidney beans, drained
1 28-oz. diced tomatoes
1 15-oz. can corn, drained
1 14.5-oz. can diced tomatoes
2 tsp hot sauce
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Sliced scallions, for serving

Method
In a medium dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, about 6 minutes.
Add sausage, onion, garlic, chili powder, salt, cumin and pepper. Cook until onion is tender and sausage is browned, about 6 minutes.
Add potatoes, beans and vegetables. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 50 minutes.
