3 jars kosher dill pickles (sandwich sliced), diced

3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

3 tbsp bacon grease (reserved from cooking bacon)

Method

Pat pickle slices dry before dicing to keep the dip from getting watery. Reserve pickle juice.

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, seasonings, bacon and diced pickles. Add enough pickle juice to loosen mixture until smooth but not runny.
