Cook: 20 minutes

Total: 40 minutes

Serves: 6

Ingredients

1 package Kountry Boys sausage

Method

Prepare your grill. If you’re using a gas grill, heat one to two burners on their highest heat setting to create a direct heat zone. If you’re using a charcoal grill, light the charcoal and arrange most of it one side of the grill. If you’re using a pellet grill, preheat it to 225 degrees.

On a gas or charcoal grill, arrange sausages over the unheated grates (what we call the “indirect heat zone”). On a pellet grill, place sausages anywhere over the lowest grates. Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes, or until sausages reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees.

If you’re using a gas or charcoal grill, you can place the sausages over the direct heat zone, turning often, for one to three minutes, until browned.

Plate ‘em up and serve!
