1 Package Kountry Boys Andouille Sausage, sliced into ½-inch rounds
1 Box Zatarain's Jambalaya Rice Mix
1 tbsp olive oil

Method
Over medium heat, cook sausage until golden.
In a medium saucepan, mix 2 ½ cups of water, rice mix, sausage and olive oil. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 25 minutes, or until rice is tender.
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes, covered. Fluff with a fork before serving.
