Ingredients
6 pieces Kountry Boys Original Bacon
1 sheet frozen puff pastry
3 tbsp hot honey
2 jalapeños, sliced
1/4 grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter, melted
Method
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake or fry Kountry Boys Original Bacon. We recommend a crispy cook for this recipe.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and unroll puff pastry.
Drizzle hot honey on pastry dough, leaving a one-inch border. Distribute jalapeños on puff pastry, then place bacon on top. Sprinkle everything with parmesan.
Cut puff pastry into 4" rectangles, then brush with melted butter.
