These bacon-wrapped jalapeños are stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in Kountry Boys Peppered Bacon and dusted with Kountry Boys Ole No. 1 seasoning.

4 large jalapeños
8 slices Kountry Boys Peppered Bacon
4 oz. cream cheese, sliced into 8 pieces.
3 tbsp Kountry Boys Ole No. 1 Seasoning
16 toothpicks (optional)
Preheat grill or smoker to 275 degrees.
Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and pith.
Press cream cheese into the cavities of jalapeños halves.
Wrap each half with one slice of Kountry Boys Peppered Bacon, tucking the ends into the wrapped bacon or fixing in place with toothpicks.
Sprinkle wrapped jalapeños with Kountry Boys Ole No. 1 Seasoning.
Place directly on the grates and grill for 45 minutes, until bacon is fully cooked and a little crispy.
